What is Permanent Staff?
Permanent staff is often looked at as only office staff or external professional positions like the photo on the left however again this is not the case. Permanent staff can be anyone in any type of role that includes a 'temp to perm' contract or a long standing contract with the company. Normally our clients offer a 12 week 'temp to perm' contract which means 12 weeks with us then on your 13th week you'll sign your Permanent contract with the company.
We pride ourselves on how transparent an agency should be when discussing different temporary & permanent placements. We always look for a permanent placement unless the worker has temporary staffing needs.
